ADVUEU TECHNOLOGY, INC. warrants its new products and its parts against defects in material and/or workmanship during the specified warranty period. During this period, ADVUEU will, at its sole option, repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to you, excluding shipping.
Warranty Period:
- ADVUEU LCD Monitors are warranted for three (3) years for parts, three (3) years labor and one (1) year on the backlight of the products from the date of original retail purchase.
- ADVUEU LCD TVs are warranted for one (1) year for parts, one (1) year labor and one (1) year on the backlight of the products from the date of original retail purchase.
- TDV Vison and Advueu Tablet PCs are warranted for one (1) year for parts, labor and backlight from the date of original retail purchase.
- Advueu Portable DVD players are warranted for one (1) year for parts and one (1) year for labor from the date of original retail purchase.
These Limited warranties only extend to:
- Products distributed by ADVUEU TECHNOLOGY, INC.
- Defects in materials and/or workmanship, not wear-and-tear occurring during normal use.
- The original purchaser and to no other purchaser or transferee.
- Products purchased and operated in the Continental U.S.A.
These Limited warranties do not extend to:
- Physical damage to products or parts resulting from
- Alteration, repair, modification, faulty installation or service by anyone other than an Authorized ADVUEU TECHNOLOGY, INC. Service Center.
- Accident, abuse or misuse, or maintenance, mishandling, misapplication, or use in violation of instructions furnished by ADVUEU TECHNOLOGY, INC. This includes puncture and damage to LCD display panel due to penetration of sharp/pointed objects (i.e. pencil, pen).
- Any damage that occurs in shipment.
- Any damage caused by acts of GOD, such as earthquakes, lightning or line surges.
- Warranty will be voided if the original serial number on the product is removed by accident or intentionally.
- Products purchased through auctions/online auctions are NOT covered by manufacturer warranty. Please refer to auctioneer's warranty policy.
- Open Box/Clearance/Close Out or Display products carry NO WARRANTY and are sold "AS IS." Missing items will not be replaced by ADVUEU.
Products Repaired or Replaced by ADVUEU:
They carry a 90-day warranty or the remainder of the original warranty. Retain the RMA number the monitor was repaired or replaced with and the proof of purchase in your records.
Missing Items:
Report any missing item to ADVUEU with valid proof of purchase within 15-days of purchase and ADVUEU will ship the missing item at no charge. If the purchaser fails to report within the given time frame, a current charge will be made for the purchase of the missing item (This excludes any open box, clearance, close out or display products).
Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service:
- For warranty service information, call your ADVUEU dealer or ADVUEU Customer Service directly at 1 (888) 622-5005.
- To obtain warranty service, you will need to provide:
- A copy of your bill of sale or other proof of purchase.
- Your name.
- Your address.
- The model of the product(s).
- The serial number of the product(s).
- A description of the problem(s).
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ADVUEU Customer Service professional or Authorized ADVUEU Service Centers within the applicable warranty period, to be used within 14 days of issue. Authorized ADVUEU Service Centers cannot accept any returned product without an RMA number.
- Note: Include your name, address, the RMA number, a description of the problem(s) on a sheet of paper and attach to the back of the product with adhesive tape. The RMA Number you have obtained from ADVUEU Customer Support or Authorized ADVUEU Service Centers should be written in large size characters on the outside of the package. All products returned for warranty service must be carefully packaged in the original packing materials to prevent damage during transit. To avoid punctures to the LCD screen, make sure all loose accessories and cables are in a plastic bag to be placed behind the monitor and not facing the screen.
- Ship the product to the Authorized ADVUEU Service Center assigned to you by our Customer Service Representative.
- Residents of the Continental U.S. are to ship the product with shipping prepaid for one-way transit to ADVUEU, together with a copy of bill of sale or other proof of purchase. RMA# must be clearly marked on the package.
If you send products by FREIGHT to the repair center, you must have the FREIGHT COMPANY call ADVUEU to schedule an appointment for the delivery. If an appointment is not made in advance, the truck delivery will be refused.

Limitation of Implied Warranties:
ALL WARRANTIES REQUIRED TO BE IMPLIED BY STATE LAW ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.
Exclusion of Implied Warranties:
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES REQUIRED TO BE IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADVUEU BE LIABLE FOR:
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT IN PRODUCTS, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME COSTS OR CLAIMS OF ANY PARTY DEALING WITH PURCHASER FOR SUCH DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Effect of State Law:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
